Ari looked like shit, for lack of better wording. His brother’s giant hoodie engulfed his slim figure as he trudged through the drugstore looking for painkillers. Of course he had to run out right when he needed them most. Though his scent was masked mostly by his brother’s, he was sure the other patrons could smell the lingering sweetness that heat brought on.
Stopping to examine a bottle with tired eyes, he dropped his shopping basket carelessly into the middle of the isle, sighing and rubbing at his lower back.
